(HMS) Hospital Construction and Management Services, is a major design and construction company that specializes in health facilities that are cost effective, uniquely designed and environmentally friendly. It’s a consortium of a major architectural and construction company that specializes in the design and construction of health facility clinics, treatment centers and other related health institutions.
• Loebl Schlossman & Hackl (LSH) is an architectural, planning and interior design company. Founded in 1925, our partner LSH was established in Chicago, IL (www.lshdesign.com).They planned and designed several major hospital facilities, clinics and treatment centers in the USA and overseas. To their credit, they have designed ultra modern facilities at Cook County Hospital, Evanston Hospital, Resurrection Medical Center, Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, King Faysal Hospital and Research Cancer Therapy Institute, Sherman Hospital in Illinois, Alkodra Health Care Medical Children Hospital, in addition to several related health buildings in China, United Arab Emirates, Doha Qatar, San Diego, CA, Chile and Turkey.
• AB architecture is a leader in architectural design that is unique innovative and breathtaking ranging from large scales to small scales projects both nationally and internationally. The company employed the brightest young architects who are specializing in the Middle East Culture.
• Cliff Town established in 1985 the Town Studios is an Architectural Design Firm located in historic downtown Northbrook, IL. The company has completed hundreds of jobs in dozens of cities, which include Multi-Family Residential, single Family Residential, planned Unit Developments Office, Church and Medical Design. The LEED AP staff is well versed on building codes, zoning codes ADA and government regulations, ensuring that the permit process will run smoothly. The founding architect Cliff Town is Illinois Licensed and holds a Self Certification in the city of Chicago. Mr. Town was appointed to the Northbrook Architectural Control Commission and has served in that position for over 16 years.
• H&M Construction INC., a Detroit based company, was founded in 1978. It has an excellent team work. Their success is built on close relationship. Another stake holder who serve them a part as construction industry LEED AP. The leadership in Energy and Environmental design Green Building Rating System encourages and accelerates global adoption of sustainable green building and development practices through the creation and implementation of universally understood and accepted tools and performance criteria. • Pepper construction INC. is a leader in hospital construction industry among the projects to its credits is Provena saint Joseph hospital which is considered a first class worlds standard hospital.
Our Leadership
Many of our principals and partners are leaders in the health facility design and construction. Their creativity has impacted and resulted in the success of every client we serve. Our current leader is a distinguished leader in the health care management and facility design construction. He had received several honors and rewards for innovative design and construction such as the first MRI facility in the Midwest.
Our vice chairman is an internationally known as an expert in facility design and acquisition. Our partners a world winning architect for designing and supervising the construction of several facilities including the John Stroger hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Our partners have designed and supervised the construction of several major health facilities in the USA main lands and overseas.
